The room was not as described or as expected from the deluxe room definition.The walls had proper visible cracks,which made the room look poorly maintained. Overall, there was nothing particularly special about the room to justify the price.I also checked a few other hotels nearby and found similar-category rooms available in the 1,000–1,200 range,which offered better value for money.Considering the room condition, maintenance, and overall experience, **the price felt quite high compared to the facilities provided**. The hotel should improve room maintenance and ensure that the actual room matches its advertised description.

The rooms at Lotus hotel do not look good. The interior atmosphere is unpleasant. Avoid booking through Fab hotels as they are dishonest and unaware of check-in times. You risk losing money when booking online. Always book hotels directly to ensure a 24-hour stay.

The hotel is close to Secundarabad junction. I had a terrible stay here. The rooms were dirty and not cleaned, with holes and stains on the walls. Cockroaches were crawling in the corners of the room and in the bathroom. The TV set top box was broken. The bedsheets were unclean. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Even though it's near the station, I would not suggest this place to anyone because of the unhygienic rooms.
