Worst hotel ever come across..they did not mention anything about not getting the refund back when I booked...after that they tell me I won't get my refund when online nd on my email it's said free cancellation upto a particular date..they want to cheat customers nd not refund the money

Extremely disappointed with FabHotels’ overall service.The biggest issue is their poor coordination and lack of proper communication with the hotels they list. What they promise during booking often doesn’t match what the hotel is actually informed about. This leads to unnecessary confusion, extra charges, and a frustrating experience for customers.The hotel staff often ends up dealing with problems that are clearly caused by FabHotels’ mismanagement, while customers are left feeling helpless. Customer support from FabHotels is slow, unresponsive, and rarely takes ownership of the issue.Would not recommend using FabHotels if you’re expecting a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free stay.

FAB Group is only taking their share of commission from the hotel but do not bother to look into the worst services being rendered by the hotel management, apart from misbehavior by the caretaker staff.No traveller should rely on any brand of FAB Hotel as they have no control over day to day activities of the hotels under their chain.

i once stayed in there. owner was so sweet first after we finalised everything i started to leave and heard a whiper voice of him abusing me for no reason . i immediatialy ask him whats the matter he said nothing i cancled everything there and left.i would like to tell you owner staff no one is good here. there are hotels at a 5 minutes distance just the same road at tower square. u can checkthis arrogant owner abuses all the time
