Hotel Princes Palace

Princes Palace Hotel is a very good choice for a family stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is courteous, supportive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

I had a confirmed pre-booking at this hotel and arrived at night for check-in. On arrival, it was observed that the hotel manager was under the influence of alcohol and behaved in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner with female guests, which raises serious safety and ethical concerns.Despite a confirmed booking, the hotel failed to provide the allotted room. It was later revealed that the room had been assigned to acquaintances of the management, which is a clear violation of booking terms and consumer trust.When questioned, the staff cited arbitrary and newly introduced ’policies’ without any prior communication. Upon requesting a refund, the response was rude, dismissive, and threatening, stating:’Do whatever you want,’ and refusing to take responsibility.This incident constitutes:’Deficiency in service’Unfair trade practice’Breach of contract’Serious safety negligence, especially towards womenI strongly do NOT recommend booking this hotel. Guests are advised to choose safer and more professional alternatives nearby.

I visited this hotel in the first week of January 2026. The location is superb’everything is nearby, and there is a wide road right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good, and the staff behavior is excellent: very polite, non-intrusive, and helpful. No disturbance at all’peaceful and comfortable stay.I would highly recommend this hotel. 56 Dukan is very close, and the railway station is also nearby. Early check-in is possible with a small extra charge. The staff are easy-going, not rigid with rules.To the left of the hotel is the railway station, Sarafa Market, palaces, and major sightseeing spots. On the right side, you’ll find Dutta Guru Kripa Restaurant, sweet shops, 56 Dukan, and Khajrana Ganesh Ji.Overall, a perfect place to stay in Indore.

Other than room size hotel is clean, service is good and location is good. Complimentary bf was good too.One room was small and other room medium. Small room cannot open luggage even. So bit congested so they can plan furniture smartly so to make it more comfortable.
