Location is nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. On time service. They serve good breakfast and has in house restaurant for lunch and dinner which is also served hot n fresh. Ample parking space. I often stay here on my Trip to Indore-Ujjain. Great place for family stay as well.

Family • Oct 2025’ Rating: 1 StarExtremely Pathetic Hotel ’ Totally Not Recommended!I booked Hotel Meretel Grande, Vijay Nagar, Indore through Goibibo, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The moment I checked in, the room was filled with a foul smell and was completely unhygienic. When I asked for a room change, they showed me another one in the same dirty and smelly condition.When I told the reception that I didn’t want to stay and requested a refund, they refused to help and said since the booking was through Goibibo, I had to contact them. Even after multiple calls with Goibibo customer care, they kept saying the hotel was not responding. I waited for over an hour, and by that time it was past midnight, leaving me no option but to stay in that horrible room for the night.The management is unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely careless about guest comfort. This property should be delisted immediately from all booking platforms.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel ’ it’s a waste of money and peace of mind.

Rooms are very small.2. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not cleaned.3. Breakfast is worst.4. Bed is not good to sleep, you will definitely get a backache.Pro1. Staff is good.About breakfast, only one person managing the show. Butter served in liquid state and smell was not good. Every item was cold. Fruits were not ripped.It is not a hotel where you can take your family as it is not convenient in every aspect.
