FabHotel Step Inn

It was a nice stay at Step Inn. Room were not too fancy but it was fine for me. There were some mosquito problem but every room have Good Night kit included. I was on 3rd floor still have some mosquito. Overall value for money.

I reserved 4 rooms at Step In for my family and relatives, who checked out on 04/02/26. Unfortunately, my family accidentally left some important and valuable belongings in the rooms. After 7 days, I noticed the items were left behind and contacted the hotel. The staff returned the items in perfect condition. I am truly impressed by the honesty of the hotel staff and grateful for their service and integrity.

Overall rating: 2/5I stayed here as a solo traveler and arrived around midnight. Unfortunately, the experience was way below expectations.The reception staff’s behavior was uncomfortable; the individual on duty consistently stared in an unsettling manner whenever I passed through the reception area, which made me uneasy throughout the stay. The bedsheets were not clean, and basic toiletries were not provided’staff seemed unclear about what toiletries included. Only one towel was given, which appeared poorly maintained and was removed after the first room cleaning without replacement.Additionally, the mineral water bottles placed in the room were already opened, raising concerns about hygiene. Unopened bottles were provided only after repeated requests.Positives:The bathroom was reasonably clean and functional, and the location had good connectivity.Overall, the stay lacked basic standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest comfort, especially concerning for a solo traveler.Additional warning:Soon after check in, I received an ’official-looking’ WhatsApp message claiming I had not checked in and offering a ’FREE stay’ if I gave a missed call or clicked a link. Guests should be cautious and avoid responding to such messages.

Hotel is very good. Their service's are good. Rooms are clean and available. Food service is also good and on time. I would recommend to come here because of cost to quality. With very less money you are getting good quality room and service
