WORST. At the very last minute the hotel says that they have changed our hotel to a different location which was quite far and a low quality hotel. This was done without our consent. Do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who cannot manage their bookings.

Please don't go to this hotel. The worst hotel I have stayed. The receptionist was so rude and he charged us extra 700 for early morning check-in which was not informed us early when we booked and that guy was so rude to us. The room was not clean and the bedsheet stings. It looked like it haven't seen water for 1 year. There were no basic facility like shampoo, just 2 small soaps. We have also seen bed bugs while we were lying down. The toilet was also not clean and it smells so bad that we haven't even bathed for one day. The people there treated us like we were living there for free. But the reality is we have paid a large sum of money and extra too. We can't even sleep properly because the receptionist was using the phone with full volume on and there was lot of background sounds,which distracted our sleep. That man doesn't even have a basic sense. The only thing which we like was the boy who delivered food to us, he was good in behaviour. We felt that the hotel is not women friendly that the receptionist gave us a creepy look to our body while we were asking for some help. The ratings and photos are all fake. Please don't go to this hotel. While we were out the hotel only we were finally able to breathe properly. The worst experience ever.
