They accept online bookings but then refuse to provide the room, saying if you pay directly or online, they won't give you a room. They demand a lot of money from online customers. There is no cleanliness at all, no TV, and the place is filthy. The staff is unresponsive, and the owner is very dirty. I would never come back to this hotel.

The worst room imaginable. I booked through the website, but they demanded an extra 500 and said the refund would only be possible the next day. I didn't want the room anymore. The room itself was terrible, with bed bugs, water issues, and a broken TV as an added problem.
