The Hotel Complex Owner has let out the ground floor to Commercial Enterprises. There is ample Covered parking for Hotel Guests. The location is pretty central & Bekal/Kappil beaches are about 12-14 KMS away, but Kerala Roads are pretty wide and travel to any location by Car doesn't take more than 15-20 mins max. The reception is in 1 corner on the Ground Floor. There is an Elevator for hotel guests as ALL THEIR ROOMS are only located on 1st & 2nd Floors of the Building Complex. The Triple Room was spacious & even though the power supply tripped at intervals, the hotel thankfully had BACKUP POWER SUPPLY which immediately came on during power cuts. The room cleanliness was pretty decent & well maintained.The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool or onsite restaurant. The Breakfast served is ordered from a nearby restaurant, is pretty basic & is served in Buffet style. In my personal opinion the ROOM RATE as per location & amenities seemed PRICEY. From the Online images, I was expecting the ENTIRE STRUCTURE to be the Hotel as shown in images and wasn't expecting commercial enterprises too sharing space with it. Go for it with your family or business if U r interested in a SHORT STAY in a clean, basic & functional hotel room with AC & a centralized location.

It is clear that the management puts a lot of effort into maintaining the hotel to a high standard.The rooms are well-kept, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
