The convention hall is extremely massive super structure. It has all the facilities to conduct any social or commercial event. The stay is also included with finest rooms of all categories. We stayed there on the occasion of my friend’s marriage on 20 Feb 2026.PROSLocation ’ just at the heart of the city, very prime and accessible to & from all other locations.The Room ’ extremely clean and tidyThe Restaurant ’ it provides all sorts of foods. The chef is wonderfully cooks yummy dishes. The restaurant staff were courteous.The AC ’ too goodThe staff ’ they are always working hard to keep the infrastructure neat and tidy.CONSThe reception- seems a bit confused and took lot to time to allow, even after prebooking and arriving at 1245pm.We were the only couple in the restaurant during lunch; they tried to push us as per there choice of table. we cannot select your choice of table, even there is no one in the whole restaurant.The toilet fillings ’ its clean of course, but the position of the towel hanger is just over the toilet seat. You can see in the pic uploaded.We stayed for one night, two adults, took bath only once. But to our surprise the shower gel was finished. At for the two people, one time bath, they have not provided the shower gel.The rooms are not noise proof. so, if a big team is check in late at night and your trying to sleep. the noise from the lobby is crystal clear to disturb your sleep. Even the door bell of other room can make you a bit confuse, if it is your room's or not.The wifi- Very unsatisfactoryOverall stay was quite nice.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented, making the morning start very pleasant.What impressed me the most was the service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They always greeted us with a warm smile and were quick to help with anything we needed.Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The ambience was elegant, the banquet hall was well maintained, and the arrangements were perfectly suited for a corporate celebration. The staff was courteous, supportive, and very responsive throughout the event. Food quality and service were excellent. Highly recommended for corporate and celebratory events.Especially by ms.hyma and ms.usha and mr.shethu
