No maintainance overpriced property with no amenities. There isn’t any premier room there. It’s like second class this platform. The only good thing having the beach close by , nothing else
Disappointing Stay – Misleading Photos and Poor ServiceMy experience at Q Hotel Vizag was quite disappointing. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the beach-view photos shown online. However, in reality, there is no proper beach view or even a partial beach view from the rooms. The hotel is now surrounded by buildings, including a large building constructed directly in front of the hotel. It appears that many of the photos being used by the hotel were taken before the building in front was constructed, which gives a very misleading impression of the current surroundings.The rooms were also very dull, dark, and not welcoming. Basic amenities were lacking. They did not provide a water bottle or even the AC remote without asking, which was quite inconvenient.The staff were another major disappointment. They were not helpful and, at times, came across as rude and unprofessional. What made the experience worse was the feeling that the hotel charges extra for almost everything, including things you would normally expect to be part of a basic hotel stay.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are booking it expecting a beach view based on the photos advertised online. The current reality is very different from what the pictures suggest. I would strongly advise guests to check recent photos and reviews before booking.
A very cozy place and one of the best stays I've ever had. Just one suggestion: add your own restaurant.
