Couple • India • Sep 20261. Toilet flush tank is not working 2. Bathroom not clean 3. Room is heavy smell4. I booked for 3 adult but here only one bed. 5. My family is suffering a lot. Agoda is simply escaping, and not supporting. Totally waste of money and my family is full upset. Very bad day.........

My visit on August 22, 2026, to this hotel was very disappointing. The location shown on Google Maps took us through a narrow, crowded market filled with bikes, making it very hard to get to the hotel. Upon arrival, I saw several guests arguing with the hotel staff, who seemed to be from Assam. Many had booked rooms almost a month ahead but were told no rooms were available. Some also complained about no water and broken AC units. I had booked just a day before via Agoda, but no room was ready for me either. The owner told me to cancel my booking, which was non-refundable. I reached out to Agoda's AI support but found no way to file a complaint about the hotel not honoring the booking. I sent a message and am waiting for a response. From this experience, I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Think carefully before reserving here, even if the price or availability looks good online.
