If you’re a nature and jungle lover, Gir Birding Lodge offers the ultimate experience. You can see and hear many birds chirping, and its proximity to Gir National Park is unbeatable. You can go for long walks too. The food is so homely it feels like you're eating at your own home, and the staff is incredibly warm and lovely. If you are ever going to Gir, this is exactly where you should stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Gir Birding Lodge. The hospitality was warm and heartfelt, the staff truly make you feel at home. The food was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, adding so much comfort to the overall experience.The location is beautiful and perfectly placed for bird lovers. We spotted some wonderful birds right around the property, making every morning special.Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature with great service and great food!

Very friendly staff and the best food we had during our holiday. The Shower is clean and warm. The one of the best showers. Nearby the start of the safari park. Rooms are basic but very clean and well maintained. We were very surprised by this hotel in a good way.

Truly beautiful lodge .very peaceful full of mango trees. Food served here is excellant. More importantly Ramesh vala and his team are exceptional in service. I had to leave at 2.30 am for Ahmedabad and I was given tea at that time. I don’t think anywhere in India you will find such service oriented people. If one visiting Gir forest than this is the best place to stay.

Enchanting Forest Lodge

Not often do I come across forest lodges that are actually quiet, serener and a forest in itself. Gir Birding Lodge ticks all the boxes and more. Simple rooms, airy, spacious yet modern amenities with views with trees right in front of you.Service is great, food was amazing and the apple custard was out of the world.Staff is so courteous and helpful. Right from Rameshbhai at the reception, Devraj at the restaurant and Yakub who helped us checkin. Warm and lovely ambience all around.And of course - the amazing property. Full of trees and birds and nature in the centre of things. Shout out to Amit sir, in house guide, who is so enthusiastic in showing the guests the birds in and around the lodge. Look out for his hide out that he proudly maintains.We stumbled upon this resort and we're so glad we did. Can't wait to come back here for more days.
