Very bad experience with Reception in Last 3 visit and poor quality of food.

Very dirty place to stay. Highly unhygienic. I caught skin disease.

Not worth the price. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. The bed, washroom sink, and furniture were infested with bed bugs (khatmal). The sink taps didn’t work properly, and the fans were very noisy. The hotel management refused to refund the nights we had already booked. Although they offered to change our room, all the rooms were of very poor quality. To make matters worse, the rooms had a strange, crooked layout; and the hallways and stairs to the top floors were also very dirty. Overall, it was a very disappointing and bad experience staying at this hotel.

This is a good hotel which is easy to find as you enter town. It is near the markets, the mall, and other amenities. The people who work here are helpful & the fellows who bring the room service are top notch! The dinner items are really good (malai kofta, palak paneer, chana masala, etc), however, some smaller snacks (pakoras, parantha) were too greasy for me. The parking space, wifi, & airconditioning was good and there was lots of hot water. It felt like a safe place to stay & I would return.
