Grand Hotel D’ Europe was a great stay for us. The room was super comfortable and perfect to unwind. It was a busy period so a few services were a bit slower, but that was expected. Lift access was a nice plus.Beach Road is just a 3-min walk away, which made the location really convenient. Food is more continental/French, so Indian options are limited but there are many options around the hotel so do check them out.The front desk team were warm, helpful, and easy to deal with. Their cab arrangements were simple and fairly priced, making travel hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hotel with good service and we’d happily stay again.

It’s a great place. A little on the pricier side however we also travelled in peak vacation season. The hotel’s common areas and rooms are very well designed- for adults- however, if you’re travelling with overenthusiastic kids like we were- you would have to be extra cautious due to the open balconies in the rooms and corridors leading up to the rooms. The housekeeping staff and restaurant staff was extremely attentive and ensured they can did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment of it! It’s a beautiful boutique property with wonderful staff and an amazing location. It’s right in the heart of White Town, so you’re surrounded by plenty of restaurants, caf??s, and shops, and the beach is only a couple of hundred meters away.The rooms are big and clean, and the bathrooms are very well maintained. They also have a swimming pool, which we used once during our stay. We had breakfast here every morning and also dined here once - the food was decent, but the service really stood out.Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Pondicherry!

A weekend getaway to spend some quality time with loved ones, away from the city rush and busy schedule.Spacious reception to begin with, followed by leisure seats all through the lobby, corridor wings and the welcome drink was absolutely wow.This lovely heritage house was founded in 1891 by E. Magry, a member of Pondicherry's French Creole community.The rooms are a real plus and they reflect the city's unique Franco-Indian culture, with European charm through their architecture, design and cuisine.The Picture-perfect rooms, facing the swimming pool - view was seamless.The property strategically located to provide easy access to key attractions like the French Quarter, the beach promenade, ashrams, Nehru street for shopping & street photography and many more.They do have room service, food will be delivered at room ’ attractive menu, delicious food. Recommended to experience Mira, functioning restaurant to get the ambience.Not to forget, mannerly and courteous staff to support us throughout our stay time, in their property - Cheers guys, keep it up.An impeccable place for relaxation, I recommend this place for a perfect break out from a routine daily schedule
