Pearl Bell Villa

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioner in our room barely worked, and when we mentioned it to staff member Bharat, his reaction was careless and unhelpful. Instead of fixing the problem or helping us, he rudely said that "as tourists, we just have to adjust." As paying customers, expecting a functioning air conditioner is reasonable, and being spoken to in such a disrespectful way is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that travelers, especially tourists, reconsider booking here. There are many nearby hotels that prioritize good customer service and treat guests with respect. To make things worse, when we asked to extend our stay by one day, Bharat refused, saying the rooms were fully booked. However, we noticed that those rooms remained empty. Whether this was due to poor management or indifference to returning guests, it reflects very badly on the hotel's operation. A message to the owner: Hospitality depends on respect, clear communication, and providing the services guests pay for. Ignoring guest comfort with an attitude of "just adjust" harms your reputation more than fixing a maintenance issue would. Guests choose hotels for comfort and peace, not to be treated like a nuisance.

Nice location, with good french style architecture but could be better for the price paid

This small hotel offers great value, cleanliness, and outstanding staff. Bharath Vaj was always available to assist, and nothing was ever a problem.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, but the staff quickly reached out to me, carefully handled my item, and organized its return via courier. I am very grateful for their integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer care. Their dedication to guests beyond check-out reflects their commitment to satisfaction. Many thanks to the whole team for their help and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel!
