Very worst experience in staying
We reserved via Agoda, but the pictures were deceptive and caused us to choose the incorrect room. Nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and promptly provided us with an alternative room. They made great efforts to make sure we were pleased and fully content with their service.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026We went to Pondicherry for a family vacation, but our stay at this hotel or guest house was very disappointing. The photos online were misleading. The staff showed poor hospitality, the room was bad, and their behavior was unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible experience. They claim to offer a French-style stay, but it seems they haven't been to France. If the hotel isn't good, at least the hospitality should be.
