Mixed Experience Stay
6.0
My stay at the Grand Maurya Hotel & Resort was an adequate experience. The rooms were quite disappointing, falling short of expectations and presenting some issues. However, the service staff made a good impression, demonstrating attentiveness and helpfulness. The hotel's location was not particularly convenient, which made getting around somewhat difficult during my visit.

Absolutely terrible management and staff behavior. They do not respond to guests properly and show zero interest in resolving basic issues. Completely unprofessional experience. Avoid this place.

Really it was a very good experienceThe food was very good, even the service was amazing. I can’t describe the behaviour of the staff, specially lokesh. starting from checking, during lunch , dinner and breakfast, he was treating us like his family members. Hope will come here again.

A spacious/luxury hotel with excellent service. 1 star less because of poor pool maintenance when we reached.Anyways I have enjoyed the stay here as there are ample of space and amenities. They are providing service at park as well for the dinner & drinks.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. It’s a great place for families, especially with kids, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
