Disappointing Group Stay

We stayed here on May 29th with an offline booking. Unfortunately, the service was very bad. The service quality did not match the room rates at all. The food quality was especially disappointing. Also, the hotel is quite a distance from the beach. We came as four families, and they exploited our group to charge us more. We were treated with no respect as guests; it is best to avoid this hotel.
