Hermitage Resort

:’We have booked 4 rooms in your hotel. While the staff service is satisfactory, the condition of the rooms and washrooms is extremely disappointing. The rooms are not properly cleaned, and there is a very bad smell coming from all the washrooms. Some guests had to leave without even using the facilities. The hotel is currently not in a condition suitable for a comfortable stay.

Rooms are good . But service is very slow. Took 1hrs to serve our dinner. Food are not only bad in taste we also got housefly in noodles.

I would like to bring to your attention as issue regarding a duplicate debit from my account. On 13th May during a bill payment at the reception counter my debit card was swiped twice by the receptionist resulting in my account being debited twice for the same transaction. Despite repeated follow up with the concerned person the excess amount has not been received as of today 22/05/2026

Excellent and courteous staff, very good buffet breakfast spread, mesmerizing location with 24 hrs view of Kanchenjunga and a rooftop restaurant to add icing on the cake!

I took their permission to use their washroom. And after using it left the rooms lights switched on. And had left almost 300-400 mts . The hotel manager sent 4 people just to call me back and tell the lights were left switched on. Without any arguments I apologised for it. But at the same time I was shocked that for such a silly thing he wasted so much of time and energy of so many people. And the worst was he was rude and arrogant. I wonder would he treat his guests similarly ?
