An extra Star for polite staff. They have trained them well or naturally they are very polite and supportive, whatever the reason may be, but the staff make this hotel much better.Other things are also good . You just need take comparative reference of same price point. Hotel is value for money. Rooms are good with all basic amenities . Food is tasty.Only thing i wanted more was the in-room dining menu options.Overall an excellent experience. I have stayed in all big hotels of Lucknow and this was a pleasant surprise.Reason I already told you .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall service was excellent, and the staff truly made the experience special. A special mention to Aishwarya, Utkarsh, and Kartik ’ they were always so courteous, welcoming, and greeted me with warm smiles every morning at breakfast.
