Check-in - I booked 3 deluxe room. But they assigned one family room and one deluxe room in different floor due to lot of booking it seems for some conference. I am not sure how it makes a difference when someone booked the room in 2 month in advance. They also told next day they will arrange the rooms in the same floor. I checked out the deluxe room at morning 7 but when we return at 3 PM, they said we are still cleaning and didn’t get any room until 6:30 PM as they were still cleaning. The reason they given is they have 60 rooms and it takes time to clean all rooms. Finally I asked them to assign the old deluxe room where I stayed the before day..They even stopped the lift and made my elderly parents who are more than 70 years old to climb the stairs to 3rd floor. They said some lift sensor is not working. When I asked them to give me some room in ground floor then they said when you want to come down, please let us know and will start the lift..The room service was worst. There was no toiletries. Towels not checked and given in right numbers. Toilets were very dirty. Things were given after multiple reminders..The person who was attending in reception was not very kind despite having these many issues at their end..

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Shelter for one day. Rooms were clean, service was timely and hotel manager himself checked for hotel experience. I would recommend this hotel to everyone staying near Charbagh railway Station.
