One of the worst hotel of Lucknow. The staff is pathetic only the charges are good . Everything is changed if you ask for plates and spoons in your room it will be charged for Rs 75 plus taxes. Your ask anything it will be delivered in 1 hour and if yous recall for it you will get an answer that we do not have staff. Companies like blinkit or zepto have much faster service in comparison to them.Really a pathetic experience staying in the hotel. The hotel is in impression that they are 5 star they are not worth one starThink 10 times before booking this hotel.
