Disappointing Food Experience
2.0
Avoid ordering food during your stay as it is really poor quality. Edit 1: I have read your response and noticed you are quick to make defensive excuses just like your food is quick to disappoint. Let me be clear: my review concerns your food only. I never requested a refund, and mentioning my early checkout to dismiss my feedback is pathetic. We left early because your food was simply inedible. If you cared about what guests are served, I wish I had documented it so you could see the terrible quality of your offerings. It’s insulting that you try to blame everything except your own failures. Look at your villa from my point of view; it’s not just the food that’s problematic. Maybe that family of 8 is satisfied, but with this attitude and refusal to accept criticism, you will keep losing customers. You are completely out of touch.
