The place is nice and the room service is good 😊

The property is very huge but not maintained at all. I visited during rain for 3 nights and 4 days and was informed immediately that there are leaches at the property right outside my room. I could not open my windows or door to sit outside during this and was suffocated the whole time. There were insects coming out from the washroom. We were with no lights so many times during evening and morning. Hot water time is only between 7am to 10am, who gets up so early during vacation just to enjoy the hot water bath in a bathtub? Even if I run the water to fill since 8:30 the tub would only be half filled by 10. If we order food/snacks it used to take atleast 3 calls minimum to place the order, another 40 minutes to wait for the food to come like basic masala papad and peanuts. Restaurant did not have basic like coke/Pepsi. Had to wait for towels/dental kit after asking whereas they had to be available in the room after we enter. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

माझा अनुभव सांगतो. आम्ही 12 लोक आणि 2 मुले एकत्रितपणे Gourish Resort, महाबळेश्वर येथे गेलो होतो. तिथे जळू नावाचा किडा मोठ्या प्रमाणावर होता, जो चावल्यावर रक्त शोषतो आणि खाज होते. हॉटेलच्या खोल्या आणि बाहेरील परिसर खूप अस्वच्छ होता. काही खोल्यांतील टीव्ही काम करत नव्हते. वारंवार सांगितल्यावरही दोन खोल्यांमध्ये डस्टबिन आणि टॉवेल मिळाले नाहीत. एका खोलीत पाणी नीट गरमही नव्हते. कर्मचारी फारच कमी होते. रिसेप्शनवर भेट दिली असता तिथे कोणताही कर्मचारी नसायचा. कर्मचारी बोलण्यात खूप रुखरुख होते. त्यामुळे मनस्ताप झाला. त्यांचे स्वतःचे रेस्टॉरंट असूनही तिथेही किड्यांच्या चावण्याची भीती होती. त्यामुळे बाहेर 5 किलोमीटर दूर जेवायला जावे लागले. दुसऱ्या दिवशी ब्रेकफास्ट केले तेथे, ब्रेकफास्ट आणि कर्मचारी व्यवस्थित होते. त्यांच्या हॉटेलच्या फोटो पाहून जाऊ नये, कारण ते अतिशय अस्वच्छ वाटले. व्यवस्थापन खूप खराब आहे.
