Treebo City Inn, Satara

This is a mid range budget hotel. Though it is right in the heart of the city, it is still in a very quiet and silent neighborhood. The reception of this hotel is very friendly and welcoming. The staff is helpful. The rooms were absolutely neat and clean. The toilets were good. I spend only one single night over here and had to leave early morning at 4:30. There was nice hot water to get fresh in the morning. The necessary toiletries were available in the room. I will definitely stay in this hotel once again. There is a dedicated parking space and parking your car on the road is also safe.

We had a very comfortable stay . The rooms are spacious and well maintained .There is 24 hours hot water available in the bathroom.The staff is very polite and ever ready to help. A special mention about Mr.Akshay who ensured that we had a comfortable stay.Though the hotel doesn’t have an inhouse restaurant , breakfast is made available and is very tasty.You can order meals from nearby good restaurants via Zomato and Swiggy . Mr. Akshay personally helped us with this.The hotel deserves a 5/5 .Would strongly recommend for anyone who wants a comfortable and homely stay in Satara.

We recently stayed at Treebo City Inn Satara as a transit stop on our way to Mumbai along NH48/NH4, and it was a truly wholesome experience.While the rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained, providing exactly the standard of care we needed after a long drive’it was the staff that truly set this stay apart.A huge thank you to the entire team, and a special shoutout to Akshay and Bobby. The level of hospitality they extended felt personal and sincere.Akshay, in particular, went above and beyond for us. He provided incredible recommendations and assisted us in finding nearby spiritual temples that even major search engines couldn’t accurately recommend. His local knowledge and willingness to help made our journey feel much more meaningful.The breakfast was sumptuous, healthy and homely. While this is unlike a traditional buffet setup, the concept is truly the same. You can choose from a selection of main dishes, entree and beverages and they ensure unlimited supply of the same. On a given day you can choose from a host of local delicacies and regional favorites options like Poha, Upma, Shira, Idly-Medu Vada, Omelette etc.If you are looking for a reliable, hygienic, and welcoming place to rest in Satara, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to their guests' comfort.

He and the staff were polite, well-trained, and highly professional, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. Their attitude and service standards felt very welcoming and reassuring.The room was very tidy and well-maintained. All basic toiletries were provided, and the linen and bedding were neat and clean, reflecting good hygiene and attention to detail. Our stay at Treebo City Inn, Satara was a mix of positives and shortcomings, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service by the manager, Akshay, who single-handedly elevated our experience.Pros:Extremely good, polite, and helpful staffThough there’s no in-house restaurant and the breakfast menu is limited, the breakfast served was extremely tasty and well-preparedCons:We found a bloodstain on our bedsheet (however, once informed, the staff was quick to change it)Room rates are quite high compared to the facilities providedNo in-house restaurantParking is in a gated but adjacent open areaConsidering these points, I had initially decided to rate the hotel 2 stars. However, Akshay’s constant assistance, kindness, and genuine eagerness to make our stay comfortable forced me to rate it 4 stars.Akshay, despite being very young, is extremely courteous and professional. He guided us to great nearby eateries for lunch and dinner and kept checking on us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable.What truly melted my heart was this: while checking out, I casually asked if they had a band-aid. He checked the first-aid kit, didn’t find one’and even after we had already checked out, he went out of his way to arrange a band-aid from a nearby medical store and handed it to us before we left. Honestly, who does that? He had no obligation at all, yet he cared until the very end.Thank you, Akshay, for making our stay memorable. You are truly a gem in the hospitality industry.
