Wifi doesn't work, even after complaining no changes. Washrooms need deep cleaning. Despite paying extra for extra bed, very small (less than 6 feet long) blanket given.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic, and I want to especially thank Mr. Shirke for his outstanding service. He was very courteous, empathetic, and consistently willing to assist. His professional yet warm demeanor greatly enhanced my comfort during the visit. I sincerely value his kindness and commitment. I strongly recommend this place!
