The Breeze Valley

The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, which is why I am giving 2 stars. Sadly, the overall service was quite disappointing. The main problem was the lack of hot water in the room, and despite calling reception about 25 times, the issue was never fixed. Hot water is a basic amenity every hotel should offer, but it was unavailable during our stay. Breakfast service was also lacking; although included, it was not served promptly. After ordering, we waited nearly an hour, which delayed our entire schedule. We raised these concerns with the owner, but the response was very casual and no effective action was taken. Improved customer service and faster issue resolution are definitely needed.

A very disappointing stay. The water was cold, and the room was dirty when I arrived at 3:00 PM. Even though it was late, the room hadn't been cleaned yet. The service was also quite slow.

Our check-in was scheduled for 1:00 PM, yet when we got there at 3:00 PM, the room wasn't prepared. The room was quite dirty, and the whole stay was disappointing. Service was lacking, the phone didn't work, and power outages happened often. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Ideal spot for families, excellent room service with delicious food. Saurabh is very helpful, and the owner is also kind and supportive. Definitely worth trying, you'll enjoy it 👍👍👍👍

Amazing views, delicious food, a perfect location, and supportive staff. Everything about this place made for a wonderful experience.
