Curtains were torn and insufficient to cover windows.Most horrible was shower. Water falls on all comers instead of person underneath. Cleanliness poor evidenced by dead insect in bathroom. Staff was mask faced. . Sofa was full of stains and dust.Shabby arrangements.
One Suite room (Triple occupancy) was booked by us on 05.02.2026 for overnight stay on 08.02.2026. After check in at 09.15 PM on 8th february the Room (triangular in shape) observed with a lot of dust and Pillars inside the room making feel like something is coming on your head. The third mattress offered was so dirty and untidy that I was compelled to check another room but unfortunately the other room was also not satisfactory. Executive sitting in the reception replied "This is what the best possible hygiene is available with us, it is your choice to stay or leave. so we decided to leave and asked for the receipt at 09.35 PM (within 20 minutes) Receptionist replied that only Manager has authority to issue the bill. Manager will come tomorrow and prepare the bill which will be sent to you on Whatsapp.Since then, every day I have been calling for a Receipt or to speak to your Manager. As per Receptionist, The Manager is either busy in the meeting or taking Lunch. Once I was even replied that he is not free sitting to reply. He has so many other sites also to attend.Do you think I am asking for the bill is something extraordinary? Is Manager not responsible for satisfying customers?.The hotel management and staff is so arrogant and least bothered about customers.If anyone wants to check in, please check the rooms before payment which is generally non refundable.
