Hotel Maharaja Regency

Right in the Heart of the City Round-a-bout. We visited May'26 end. Even though it is a 3 star property, value for money, we all had the happiest smile as we entered the Reception. The hotel is well maintained and so the rooms, no issues at all. We had the best view of the city and the location is perfect for Markets and other things to buy. The Restaurant was real cozy and cleaned so was the staff. The reception and even the staff was so helpful when we asked for nearby sightseeing's. Not to forget the food quality, I'll give 5 star. Excellent food and very reasonable price. Only issue we had was during Breakfast Buffet, we could not get Egg omelette when asked for and the reply was Issues with gas LPG cylinders which was going on, so no regrets for that. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Located right at the city roundabout, we stayed here at the end of May '26. Although it's a 3-star hotel, it offered great value for money, and we all smiled happily as soon as we arrived at the reception. The hotel and rooms are well kept with no problems. We enjoyed the best city views, and the location is ideal for visiting markets and shopping. The restaurant was cozy and clean, as was the staff. The reception and staff were very helpful when we asked about nearby sightseeing spots. The food quality deserves 5 stars—excellent dishes at very reasonable prices. The only downside was during the breakfast buffet, when we couldn't get egg omelettes due to ongoing LPG gas cylinder issues, but we had no complaints about that. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is pleasant and offers fantastic views from the rooms. The staff are courteous and accommodating. Breakfast is provided and is satisfactory.

We stayed at Maharaja Regency over the weekend and booked three rooms. The room cost was on the expensive side so we expected more from this place but were very disappointed. The flooring was peeling with gaps in the middle, the shower sprayed water all over, they ran out of hand towels!The room air conditioning setting is controlled by front desk! The hotel is in serious need of renovation and for the price they charge, what they deliver is disappointing to say the least.

We spent the weekend at Maharaja Regency and reserved three rooms. Given the high price, our expectations were higher, but we ended up quite let down. The floor was peeling with noticeable gaps, the shower sprayed water everywhere, and they even ran out of hand towels! The air conditioning in the room is controlled by the front desk. The hotel badly needs renovation, and considering their rates, the service and condition are quite disappointing.
