This was definitely one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had. I highly recommend that anyone thinking about this place look for other options. The biggest issue was the customer service. The staff's behavior was very disappointing, especially the female manager who was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic politeness. Every time we dealt with her, she was dismissive and disrespectful. She didn't listen to our concerns or respond kindly or helpfully. When you pay for a hotel, you expect a friendly environment and respectful treatment, but we got the opposite. The management's bad attitude ruined our stay and made what should have been a fun trip frustrating and unpleasant. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I think others should know what kind of customer service to expect here. Until the management changes how they treat guests with professionalism and respect, I can't recommend this hotel. Save your money and pick a hotel that truly values its guests.

Group • Aug 2026A very cozy stay. I stayed with my family in a 2 BHK for three nights. The space is ample and offers mountain views from every side. During the monsoon, because of heavy rain and wind, the balconies are closed off. The food feels like homemade, tasty and nutritious. The location is excellent, near Mapro Garden and extremely close to the main road.

Family • Jul 2026Approach road is difficult and not well kept. Not much staff, just a family of 3 managing the show, no amenities. We stayed at the top , 2nd floor and it was noisy with the wind and rain, try a lower floor may be. Serving Didi was very nice and cordial, makes yummy food, better than some restaurants we tried nearby. Room was comfortable and a complementary pair of slippers were provided. Overall an average stay not a great value for money. You can get better experience in other proper hotels nearby.
