Disappointing Check-in ExperienceWe reached the hotel at 12 PM, as per the mentioned check-in time, but the rooms were not ready. We were asked to wait until around 2 PM, with the reason being that cleaning was still in progress. Room cleaning should have been completed before the official check-in time.Additionally, basic toiletries and towels were not provided, which was quite inconvenient.Overall, the check-in experience was disappointing, and the hotel needs to improve its room readiness and basic guest amenities.
The experience in Townhouse Shiva’s Valley was moderate. While booking online, breakfast and free water bottle was included but after check in they changed and refused this service. So we had to pay for the breakfast and water bottle even though it was included. And even after emailing the hotel helpline, no any response was given. Also the rooms they gave us was in a wet and damp condition with no heating facility and it was very cold. We orginally booked 2 rooms but had to adjust in 1 room for the first day, but the next day they provided another room. Despite this issue, their restaurant food was quite good.
