The hotel service is very poor. They do not answer room service calls after 11 PM. The bathroom is very dirty. They quote one room rate over the phone, but charge a higher rate when you arrive at the hotel.

Been here for a while during my stay in jhansi. Previous manager was good and professional but the new manager is unprofessional and is very my impolite and Rude. The quality of service has also changed during his service.

Friendly Stay With Friends

We three friends went for a holiday in Jhansi and stayed in this hotel.The location is good.Jhansi fort is in walking distance.It took 10 minutes to reach in the fort.The staffs were very cooperative and friendly. Food is costly but tasty. Overall our 2 night stay in that hotel was good.
