Hotel Down Town

This hotel is so pethatic , ridiculous, absurd , the rooms are very small and very bad , doors are not working, morning toiletries are not provided, landline not working.I booked morning breakfast in my stay they provide limited two items and says extra will be chargeable, I never felt this before ...Don't book and waste your money..

Bed behaviour of hotal staff they will demand extra money, service is also very poor ,support staff also not available and room cleaning also bed

It was a good hotel but bit congested.The Food Is really good in taste.Staff is good.Well maintained.Sanitation is very low.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.one of the worst staying experiences. I advise you to Not Go here. You can find different types of insects in hotel rooms like flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, termites and rats too. What you cannot find here is good quality rooms for your stay. Rooms and accessories in rooms were damaged. There are a lot of bad things like broken toilet seats, an inoperative exhaust fan, a lot of smell, very dirty bathroom accessories like Mug, Bucket etc. in bathrooms. In rooms the fall ceiling was damaged, a lot of damp (moisture) on the walls. The rooms walls and curtains were so dirty. They don't even do dusting on the cupboards and furniture. TV, Landline phone all are damaged or not working, Wi-Fi only works in corridors, not in rooms. YOU SHOULD NOT GO IN THIS HOTEL WITH YOUR FAMILY. They must immediately close the hotel and do the pest control and maintenance to the entire hotel. The only satisfactory thing was the hotel staff had good behaviour and were listening to the issues raised in front of them.

This hotel is very neat and clean. The service providers are also well-behaved. The rooms and location is so good.
