The food was very disappointing and ranks among the worst I have encountered at a hotel. The quality and flavor fell far short of what I expected. The customer service was lacking as well, with staff being inattentive and unresponsive, making the overall experience feel uninviting. Food: 1/5 Customer service: 1/5 Overall: 1/5 I hope the management considers this feedback and works on enhancing both the food and service quality.
