Our stay was highly disappointing due to serious cleanliness and service issues:Room Condition: The first room assigned to us had filthy floors and an unbearable odor. After we complained, reception moved us to a second room. While it was slightly cleaner, it suffered from the exact same foul smell.Basic Amenities: It took 40 minutes and four phone calls to reception just to get bath towels after checking in. Furthermore, there was only one floor mat for the entire washroom, and it was so dirty that using it actually made our feet and the floor filthier.Drinking Water: Guests are only provided with RO water; there is no option for sealed, packaged drinking water.Room Service: We ordered fried rice via room service and asked for basic condiments (like soy sauce or chili vinegar). The order-taker flatly denied the request, stating they don't provide condiments. After we had to explain twice that basic sauces are standard accompaniment for fried rice, they finally sent up a small bowl of hot garlic sauce.Management seriously needs to look into their housekeeping standards and staff training.
