I first visited this property in 2024 and had a really good experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing.*Issues faced during this stay:*1. *Seaside tent room*: AC was not functioning properly and there was no fan. I flagged this 3-5 times to the staff, but it remained unresolved throughout my stay.2. *TV not working*: Reported the issue, but no resolution was provided.3. *Bathroom amenities*: Body wash bottle was empty. On asking, staff said it was out of stock and couldn’t be provided.The only thing worth the price was the sea view and beach access. Service, room condition, and basic amenities were below expectation. I didn’t expect this from a reputed brand like Fern.I hope you take this feedback seriously and fix these gaps. A brand is judged by how it handles guests.

Solo Traveller • Jun 2026The resort is not upto the Brand Name it carries.General Fern Properties are good and at some locations exception.But same could not be associated to Fern Property at Diu.It's OK. But things could have been better.
