Hotel Arushan Grand

While searching for a good hotel, I found this through Google, presently it's under renovation. However, they have big rooms which are spacious, good staff and very polite...they were supportive and understanding our situation..Breakfast is having multiple options... and quality is good..Overall good experience

The service is a bit slow, but the restaurant has great vibe, making it an excellent spot for family and friends. The food is generally good’especially their non-veg chili chicken, Overall, it's a friendly and welcoming place.

This hotel cannot be praised enough. All the services of the hotel are excellent. Not to mention the restaurant, be it morning breakfast or evening dinner, the entire menuItems are available. Breakfast is varied and tasty and there is a lot of variety. The staff here is very polite. The people working at the reception and restaurant are polite and willing to provide full service. We would like to tell people that if they are coming to Gorakhpur then they should definitely give this hotel a chance to serve them. Their experience will be much better.

Pathetic customer service. While checking in the hotel around 10:45 PM. While guest would have usually travelled and exhausted, they provided keys to a room where some other guests were already there. Walked down three floors to report this, and they assigned next room and the access card didnt worked. And there is no assistance, no guilt on their faces. Making customers walk all the floors multiple times? And there is no intercom in any floor? Hotels landline and mobile numbers doesn’t gets answered. So you have no choice but to walk down again and again because someone is not bothered to check the guest who is already troubled? To add up, the lifts are slower than what you see in hospitals, and no proper marking on floors. At this price i would suggest avoiding this property.
