Hotel Asian Plaza Mcleodganj

We were a group of 30 friends who came here for lunch, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had.We had to wait nearly 3 hours for our food, leaving everyone hungry and frustrated. This kind of delay is simply unacceptable, especially for a group booking.Our total bill was ’8,501. Considering the extremely poor service, we requested a small discount. Instead, we were told, "We'll make it ’8,500," giving us only a ’1 discount. It felt insulting rather than a genuine effort to address the inconvenience.Very disappointing service and no concern for customer satisfaction.If you're planning to visit this place with your family or friends, I would strongly recommend avoiding it unless you're prepared to wait for hours.

Overall exeprience was good....but staff was litellety illiiteratrate no sense how to talk to guest. I am talking speacilly for the manager or reception staff. The owner of hotel should focus on the staff educacy and behaviour, just request to him.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the room was dirty when 2nd day I checked in. Despite making repeated requests, the room was not cleaned properly. The receptionist's behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The staff showed little concern for guest comfort and satisfaction. Overall, the hospitality was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience.. The location was perfect - close to major attractions and market place ..The room was clean , spacious and well maintained... Staff were polite and very cooperative and quick to help with requests .. Breakfast had a good variety..their mix veg parathas are amazing..Overall..it offered excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again .. Good balance of price and quality..

Staying at Hotel Asian Plaza in McLeod Ganj was honestly a peaceful and refreshing experience. Surrounded by the beautiful hills of Himachal Pradesh, the hotel offered stunning views that made every morning feel special. Waking up to cool mountain air and seeing clouds drift over the hills right from the balcony was something I’ll remember for a long time.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving a cozy feeling after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to popular spots in McLeod Ganj, making it easy to explore the local markets and nearby attractions.
