This hotel is really not a good place to stay. The staff are quite rude and treat guests as if we are staying at a Dharmshala. They made me change to a room with very soft bedding, and when I asked to replace it, the staff said it was not possible and made me sleep on floor bedding instead. The breakfast is very simple, just very basic. Also, the rooms on the sixth floor are noisy because of loud reception noise. The building has a bad smell.

The service at Hotel Bellevue is very poor, almost third class. The breakfast tastes bad, especially the poha and idli which were spoiled. On the phone, they mention a low price for booking, but when we arrive at the hotel, the price is higher. Overall, the service is really third class.
