Hotel Shrimad Villa Gandhinagar

The room is tidy and clean, and the location is convenient, but breakfast delivered to the room has limited choices and there is no buffet. Additionally, each time we want hot water for bathing, we must ask reception to turn on the geyser MCB, as they often turn off the geyser supply.

while visiting gandhinagar to drop my son @IIIT Vadodara, stayed @ Shrimad for 3 days. Everything was Good Except there were too many Cockroches in rooms.

Great hotel with excellent cleanliness. The staff is very helpful, especially Mr. Yash.

Rooms appear clean but infested with small cockroaches. The staff is inhospitable, and has zero training in hospitality. The front desk guy never offers any greetings, shouts across the corridor to call other staff, and is argumentative. The only courteous one was the cook who serves and cooks breakfast with love and is humble enough to ask your opinion on the same. BTW, there is no restaurant in the hotel and no choice of breakfast. You are served in your tiny room whatever is made that day or toast. Loud reels playing in the common area, and pressure cooker whistling in the kitchen which is in the centre of the corridor past 10 pm is not my idea of a peaceful night especially when there is enough noise coming in from the street below. So stay here only if it is just for a night and you are OK with the above issues.

Excellent location with convenient access to Ahmedabad. The hospitality is wonderful. Manager Shankar and his team are very cooperative, accommodating, and friendly.
