I have stayed in double VIP room.Everything was meeting the expectations and the stay was just as i have imagined . The staff the food everything was good. Cleanliness as well as the vibe of the rooms were really good. Pleasant stay overall
I booked this hotel seeing the review but looks like I got scammed . Hotel parking absolute shit. The parking is such a dirty. This hotel is in a building which have only 4 floors that is 8 to 11 floors are hotel rooms a the 12 floor is your Restaurant which is just a normal restaurant type. I don’t know how it got a 5 star rating. It’s a scam Agoda is promoting such property as 5 star.
During this hot June summer, the AC in the hotel room was not functioning, and the fan was also not working. The condition was truly terrible. The washroom door was broken, and the hotel staff claimed the AC would start working in 10 minutes, but after waiting for an hour, there was no improvement. I had to switch rooms, yet the AC still didn't work. The maintenance was very poor, making it the worst experience I've had.
