- after asking for tissues 3 times, they failed to provide one tissue box for the washroom, I mean who doesn't keep one tissue box in the washroom- the toilet seat was broken, every single time it was a struggle to keep it upright- housekeeping was slow, sloppy, and inconsistent, to a point that i denied that service from day 2 onwards- in room plug points were broken, if I plugged my charger and pulled it out, entire socket itself was coming out- the bedroom ceiling fan regulator knob was not present, only it's inside stick like thing was present, so controlling the fan speed was not possible- the air-con unit was present in the hall area, not a single vent in the bedroom, so bedroom was always kinda hot, and no way for me to increase the fan speed- there's no hot water at night, staff would argue otherwise, but the water coming is not even lukewarm once you switch on hot water knob in the washroom- towels were not clean, had to ask for replacements 3 times in a span of 4 days, you can do the math- room service stops after 10:30 at night- I had not booked breakfast option, but I went to see the breakfast, and omg I am so glad I did not book this, barely 5 diff items, with 3 pending refill, the staff there said, if you want, we can make more puris for you, else you can have the bread, and the bread in question was kept in open, with house flies sitting near that, no protective covering whatsoever, and they call this buffet breakfast- one good thing: front desk is polite, and offers to help when they can- no way to put DND sign at the door, so even when you want to take a nap in the noon, they would ring the bell for housekeeping- the in-room kettle was unusable, tried cleaning it, gave up- I can keep going, but I hope you got the gist of it, the hotel is fine, service was also fine, but not good, definitely not great, avoid it if you dont mind staying in other places, I wanted this place because of the location only, if that's not a constraint, I would highly advise you to look elsewhere
