Staff behaviour is very bad and cleaning is not proper, AC, not proper working
Very disappointing – misleading photosWe booked this hotel based on the photos shown on Agoda, but the actual room was nothing like what was advertised. The walls were cracked, the towels were dirty, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell that reminded us of a hospital. The condition of the room was unacceptable.We checked out immediately after seeing the room and did not stay at the property. Since we never used the room, we have requested a full refund and hope the hotel will handle the matter fairly.The photos on Agoda are misleading and do not accurately represent the current condition of the hotel. We hope the management updates the listing with honest photos and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the property to prevent other guests from having the same experience.Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.
