Cleanliness is a basic expectation from any hotel, and it was clearly lacking.booked through Agoda, and I feel the platform is also misleading customers by showing inflated room rates (nearly 6 times higher) while presenting it as a discounted deal, which feels deceptive and unfair.To make matters worse, the TV was not working, and the Wi-Fi was also unavailable, despite being advertised as an amenity. These issues were not resolved even after informing the staff.Overall, the service and maintenance were below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services.
