It was good experience with room cleanliness and comfort. In the morning we faced some issues with hot water. Room service took time to reach and provide extra towel for baby. Because of over crowded Bar, felt little discomfort but reception staff was quite helpful and they made sure that all the time when we step out of room, someone accompanies us. Over all good to go with family.

This is a perfect example of how a bad management can spoil a business.We booked the hotel by directly contacting them 1 day before our visit as we were travelling with the kids.When i contacted the hotel and booked 2 rooms,the guy who attended the call told us no need to book via make my trip and accepted direct booking under my name.When i visited the property, there was no such booking neither the interconnected room was available during that time. They made us wait for more than an hour with the family and kids.Be cautious while taking direct booking.They will commit the room for a much lower price and when we visit the propery,they will try to sell us the room in a much higher rate than committed.The only positive i found in this hotel is the room boy that atteneded us well.

Stayed in this hotel for one night on a leisure trip to Allepy. We were allotted room no 308. Room was quite big and well maintained. Had buffet Breakfast and Dinner in this Hotel which was arranged for us in the First floor. Both Veg and non Veg options were available. Food was tasty and yummy. There is an opportunity for improvement in maintenance of the Hotel rooms.

Be careful of SCAM!!!Lady at the desk asked us to pay 700 extra while check out for basic water bottle and candies which were in are room without any explanation. They don’t explain while check in and secretly charge for it while check out. When we asked the reason for charge she put out price sign of the items from bottom of the table. We explained her the situation of no one at the desk mention of those items for sell but She was acting so nonchalant and ignored. Not recommended!!! this is smart way of ripping off customers. Please explain before Check in for room amenities . Charging 35 rupees for MRP of 20 chocolate and soda for 60 rupees is insane. Lady with glasses said it’s hotel price.
