Broken AC, poor cleanliness and missing basic amenities
Guest as saying
No towel was provided even after twelve hours of checking in. They claimed there were no towels available. Soap was also missing, and I had to request it. The service was terrible. The only good thing is the location.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026I have booked this hotel three times, and each time I had issues with the AC. There doesn't seem to be any room with a working AC. I always told the receptionist to check the AC before assigning the room. The bathrooms were not cleaned, and the jet spray was broken. There was no one available at the hotel to address any concerns or provide service. It was a terrible and disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend it for couples or families. I don't even want to give it one star, but I have no other choice. Hopefully, the management will improve things.
