I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service I received during my stay.From the moment I checked in until the day I checked out, the entire experience was comfortable, pleasant, and professionally managed.Initially, I was allotted a room with two single beds as the king-size room I had booked was unavailable. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They listened to my request, apologized for the inconvenience, and the very next day upgraded me to a spacious king-size room without any hassle. Their commitment to guest satisfaction and willingness to resolve concerns promptly deserves special appreciation.The rooms were clean, spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, ensuring everything was neat and comfortable.The food was another highlight of my stay. I ordered several dishes through room service, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The taste was outstanding and exceeded my expectations.The staff across all departments were courteous, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. A special mention to the parking valet team, who were extremely polite, prompt, and professional. They handled my vehicle with great care and were always ready to assist, making the arrival and departure experience completely hassle-free.Overall, Minerva Grand offers an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, outstanding customer service, and efficient valet parking. I sincerely appreciate the entire team's efforts in making my stay memorable. The staff were polite, courteous, and the food was excellent. Room service was prompt and the hospitality stood out.However, our stay was marred by recurring maintenance issues ’ the first room’s AC didn’t work, the second room’s door lock kept failing for three days, and even the toilet flush malfunctioned on the last day.Great service and delicious food, but repeated technical problems took away from what could have been a very pleasant experience.

NOT worth it at all!!!First of all don't go for the photos shared online, they are not of their Secundrabad location. Reality not as per expectationsTheir rooms were literally smelling of that strange humid smell.Rooms are old, very old. Hardly maintained and renovated as per the price they are offering.I don't think they have pest control. When I entered my room, saw cricket-insect taking nap on my bed. My room was changed post that, but my mind was already made to not that stay in this hotel again.The reception staff also is not welcoming. My room was not cleaned even tho when I specifically asked them to. When I called to convey them, they asked me to wait for 5 min for their callback, still no response.The house keeping staff disturbed me thrice even when 'do not disturb' light was on, I had also asked reception to contact me post 12 pm, but they go by their own mood.Breakfast buffet was okay. But overall not a good stay at all, better options are certainly available.

The location is very convenient, and the restaurant has a comfortable, easy-going vibe’though the interiors feel a bit dated and could use a refresh. The buffet spread was reasonably wide, covering both veg and non-veg dishes, along with salads and desserts.Taste-wise, it was a good experience. A few main course items were genuinely good and flavorful, and some other dishes felt average. Starters were decent, though not particularly standout. Desserts were okay’nothing exceptional, but enough to round off the meal.Service was a positive. Staff were polite, attentive, and quick to clear plates or respond to requests, which made the overall dining experience smoother.Overall, it’s a decent place for a casual lunch buffet if you’re nearby and want variety without very high expectations. With better consistency in food quality and a slight upgrade in ambience, it could offer a much stronger experience.
