Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable

Hotel Basera in Secunderabad did not meet expectations. While the location is convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms look old and poorly maintained, with cleanliness being inconsistent. Basic amenities were either outdated or not functioning properly.Service was slow and not very attentive, and requests took longer than expected to be addressed. The food quality was below average, with limited options and average taste at best. Noise from outside and within the hotel also affected comfort.Overall, the hotel may work only if location is the top priority, but there are better options available in the same price range. Improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and service are definitely needed.

Positive points:The hotel location is very good. It is close to Birla Temple, Birla Planetarium, Hussain Sagar Lake, and other nearby attractions.The hotel food is good.The Deluxe room is spacious and comfortable in terms of size.Negative points:Room service was very poor. During our 4-day stay, no one came to clean the room, change bedsheets, or refill shampoo and soap.For the first two days, bottled water was provided, but on the 3rd and 4th day only RO water was given.The room is large, but there is only one fan, and it is not placed above the bed.There is no intercom in room, you have to get down to reception each and everytime.The bathroom door was very hard to close.On the first day, there was water logging in the bathroom. Though it was fixed after complaint, it caused a 2-hour delay for us in the morning.The hotel feels quite old and needs renovation.Reception staff speak only Hindi and Telugu; they do not have basic English communication skills.Overall: The hotel has a good location and decent food, but service quality and maintenance are below expectations. Overall, it is an average hotel and needs improvement in housekeeping, room facilities, and staff communication.

Worst in maintenance. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. Plug points are very bad. Dusty atmosphere in the room. No regulator for the fan.Very bad restaurant experience. Waited for a dosa for 30 mins and response from the staff to customer is very arrogant.My sincere advice to the hotel management- if you want to continue in the same scenario, its better to shur down
