Hotel Cosmos

Only thr potato paratha was ok that also aftr lots of fights and struggle. The most pathetic hotel chosed for guests for marriage. Staff in dirty clothes. Dirty floor. Dirty bathrooms and lizards everywhr. No heater available for customer if they r sick. We were told to use tea kettle to warm water for bathing. Rats seems hopping near thr restaurant kitchen. No staff to cater to guests. 1 staff for all rooms. Storage is worst conditions in major rooms. Fridge not working. I think hotel association must take severe action on this hotel management n take away the license. Our guests were pissed off with unhygiene atomophere. Room cleaning starts aftr 10.30 am n that also after lots of followups. Location is in the way outskirts. No dental kits they provide. They charged us 3000rs per room. Whc is not worth even 500rs.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types and customer services I will recommend others for sure! Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Cosmos ; the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious room, which was beautiful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my family function .

I went to Hotel Cosmos with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply Parking facility are also available .

This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.They can also provide patient food at reasonable price their hygiene is soo good .. I just visited Hotel Cosmos in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. I highly Recommend it !
