Hotel Vinayak Lifestyle Hotels

The rooms are neat and clean.Strange smell in the bathroom due to the nearby sewage. The night manager Aditya was very rude and unprofessional, on the other hand Dharam Singh was so helpful he made sure we got everything we wanted in the middle of the night even though his shift was over. We were travelling in a group of 3, knowing we would require an extra mattress, wasn’t provided until we asked for it. The manager Aditya questioned we should have informed them prior and not in the night.’? we were charged for breakfast when it was complimentary. The hotel is in the middle of the market above cycle shops. We were informed there would be valet parking but once we reached there they asked us to park the car on the market road at your own risk. Not a safe area if traveling with family or solo females.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Hotel location is right in the centre of Lucknow. Very close to market and Tunday Kababi. The only bad experience was dealing with Aditya (night supervisor). Arrogant, unhelpful, unprofessional, rude & worst person in hotel industry I've met so far.

The rooms are tidy and clean. There was an odd smell in the bathroom caused by nearby sewage. The night manager Aditya was quite rude and unprofessional, but Dharam Singh was very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed late at night even after his shift ended. We were a group of three and needed an extra mattress, which was only provided after we requested it. Manager Aditya said we should have informed them earlier, not at night. We were also charged for breakfast even though it was supposed to be complimentary. The hotel is located in the middle of the market above bicycle shops. Although we were told valet parking was available, upon arrival they asked us to park on the market road at our own risk. This area is not safe for families or solo female travelers.

The rooms are large and kept in good condition. The hotel is situated in the heart of Lucknow, very near to the market and Tunday Kababi. The only negative part was interacting with Aditya, the night supervisor, who was arrogant, unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, and the worst person I've encountered in the hotel industry.

Nice experience and well service
