The rooms are tidy and clean. There was an odd smell in the bathroom caused by nearby sewage. The night manager Aditya was quite rude and unprofessional, but Dharam Singh was very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed late at night even after his shift ended. We were a group of three and needed an extra mattress, which was only provided after we requested it. Manager Aditya said we should have informed them earlier, not at night. We were also charged for breakfast even though it was supposed to be complimentary. The hotel is located in the middle of the market above bicycle shops. Although we were told valet parking was available, upon arrival they asked us to park on the market road at our own risk. This area is not safe for families or solo female travelers.

The rooms are large and kept in good condition. The hotel is situated in the heart of Lucknow, very near to the market and Tunday Kababi. The only negative part was interacting with Aditya, the night supervisor, who was arrogant, unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, and the worst person I've encountered in the hotel industry.

A decent hotel with a very busy location. They can arrange parking for your car if required. Overall, the service is satisfactory. Suitable for a short stay.

Hotel staff externally switch off the room's AC and geyser.. had to call every time to turn on the AC. There is a factory next to the hotel, the machine noise is very loud. This hotel is terrible.
