Hotel Elite Airport Zone, Shamshabad offers great value for travelers near Hyderabad Airport. Clean rooms, good amenities, and a convenient location make it an ideal choice. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is extremely run down. Stained walls, bathrooms. Total eye sore. We reached late night and had to check out 5 am the next day so we had to stay here. Absolutely not recommend!

There was no clear communication about check-in or check-out policies, and they were rude when we asked for clarifications.3.Disorganized Management: They seemed clueless about handling bookings or requests. Even simple requests like getting water took forever.4.Unhygienic Environment: The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were worse, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was pathetic.5 Brig your own waterOverall, this hotel was a disaster. Whether you’re traveling with family or for work, avoid it at all costs. There are much better options available for the same price. This place does not deserve even one star.

The towels provided were entirely unusable, as they were covered in a white, powdery residue, raising serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards.... bathroom floor was wet which not only caused discomfort but also posed a safety risk. It appeared that it had not been properly cleaned or dried prior to my arrival..... bedsheets were visibly dirty, further contributing to the unpleasant experience. To top it off.... the reception staff appeared to be exhausted and giving the impression that they were unhappy with their work.

Mr. General Manager,I am trying to connect with you since last couple of days, but your staff is neither sharing your number nor I am getting call back from you.Your staff specially at reception is very rude.1. No tea kettle provided on check in after following up for 4/5 times it was provided.2. No mat outside bathroom, not yet provided even after follow up.3. Laundry not ensured even after informing couple of times before leaving in morning.4. Water tap in bathroom is clogged - not attended even after reminding5.
