We have interacted with Ms. Inshita - front desk - at the hotel & we were very impressed with her courtesy & professionalism.Hope she is recognized & rewarded.

Pathetic Service, I booked for two night and 3 days and they had made a booking for 3 night, During the stay they never cleaned my room even though i asked them continuously. One of my guest visited couple of time for meeting and then they forced me to pay for one extra person. Super rude behaviour, There are multiple good hotels near by visit them, Never comehere.

One of the best hotels in terms of rooms, food, and overall service ’ everything was outstanding.A friend of mine stayed at the hotel for three nights in January 2026. During her stay, she fell unwell. As soon as the hotel was informed, a staff member named Ms. Inshita took exceptional care of her ’ truly like a friend. She arranged all the necessary medicines and regularly checked on her well-being.What touched us the most was that even after my friend checked out, Ms. Inshita continued to follow up to enquire about her health. This level of care and compassion made the experience truly special.A very special thank you to Ms. Inshita for her kindness and dedication.

Quite a good hotel in terms of location, and the staff were also friendly.

I stayed at this property for 2 days. However it is located centrally. But, the service is pathetic. They commit something and then when it's time to get the bill and service they give excuses. Their systemDoesn't work, their things doesn't work.They don't understand the professionalism, some people are staying not for leisure they are here for some professional work. It's disgusting service. Don't stay here if you are expecting something professional.
